Each driver can choose their own racing number to use during their career. The reigning world champion has the option of adopting the number ‘1’ or continuing to use his career number.Notes
Aston Martin haven’t confirmed their driver line-up however Lance Stroll is the son of team owner Lawrence Stroll and is expected to continue driving for them.
Carlos Sainz Jnr’s destination has not yet been confirmed after losing his Ferrari seat to Lewis Hamilton for 2025.
