Pictures from the build-up to the 2023 Mexican Grand Prix at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

Red Bull have brought a massive replica of Sergio Perez’s special helmet design for his home race, and the rest of the paddock are also embracing the unique character of Mexico’s round of the world championship.

Five junior drivers will take part in first practice on Friday: Frederik Vesti at Mercedes, Theo Pourchaire at Alfa Romeo, Jack Doohan at Alpine, Isack Hadjar at AlphaTauri and Oliver Bearman at Haas.

  1. I’ve seen pictures of the massive helmet driving around the city streets as well.
    Gives me an idea for the sprint race…should keep the drivers safe, and they’d be easy to identify.
